The Power Zoom package is valid for prepaid and postpaid numbers.
Purchase of the Power Zoom Package can be done in the MySmartfren application, SMS and telephone to *123#.
The Power Zoom package is valid for 7 (seven) days from the purchase of the package and is not automatically renewed.
The Power Zoom Package quota is only valid for access to the Zoom Meeting Client, not including subscription fees.
Purchasing the Power Zoom Package does not increase the card's active period or the main package's active period.
The Power Zoom package can be purchased more than 1 (one) time, the quota and active period of the package are not accumulated with previous purchases, for example:
– If the package purchase is made on the same day, both packages will have the same active period. The quota used for the first time is the quota from the last package purchased.
– If the package is purchased on a different day, then this package will have a different active period. The quota used for the first time is the quota from the first one purchased.
– If the Power Zoom Package's active period is longer than the main package's active period, the Zoom quota can still be used until the package's active period ends.
Zoom quota can only be used to access the Zoom Meeting Client. In addition to access to Zoom Meeting Client, regular rates will be charged.
If the Power Zoom Package quota runs out, subsequent use or access to Zoom will deduct the quota from the main package or will be subject to regular rates.
Customer must have an active Volume Plan to activate the Power Zoom Plan.
Customers with Unlimited Packages and Entertainment Packages and active 1ON Packages cannot activate the Power Zoom Package, details:
