1. Open Qoala.app https://s.id/qoalahospitalcashplan
2. Select the Cash Compensation Insurance category
3. Enter your date of birth and click the "Select Product" button.
4. Select the desired product variant and insurance service provider, then click "Buy" button.
5. Click the "I have read and agree" if you meet the applicable conditions.
6. Complete your personal data and click "Continue" button.
7. Click "Use" button in "Add Promo" section and enter the promo code that you got from SmartPoin
8. Check the button "I agree and have read the terms and conditions" and click "Select Payment"
9. Select the payment method you want and click "Pay Now". The nominal amount you pay will be deducted by the nominal discount on the voucher.
10. Pay before the specified time. The invoice will be updated automatically and you will receive a policy email.
