- Purchases of BARDI Smart Home bundling with smartfren Starter Pack can only be obtained at smartfren gallery according to the location and available stock.
- Purchase of BARDI product bundling with smartfren starter pack must be paid in one payment.
- Customers are not allowed to purchase Starter Pack or BARDI product separately.
- The options of BARDI and Starter Pack product packages is as follows:
(I) Bundling Unlimited MAXI Starter Pack: Smart Bulb 9W + Unlimited MAXI Starter Pack = Rp176.900, IPcam Static Indoor + Unlimited MAXI Starter Pack = Rp335.900, IPcam PTZ Indoor + Unlimited MAXI Starter Pack = Rp451.900
(II) Bundling Kuota Nonstop 43 GB Starter Pack : Smart Bulb 9W + Kuota Nonstop 43 GB Starter Pack = Rp196.900, IPcam Static Indoor + Kuota Nonstop 43 GB Starter Pack = Rp355.900, IPcam PTZ Indoor + Kuota Nonstop 43 GB Starter Pack = Rp471.900. - Payments can be made using all payment methods except, Bank Installment and GrabMart.
- Before purchasing the device, CSR Gallery together with the customer will check the device to ensure that there is no damage to BARDI product and if the product does not work or some features do not work, CSR Gallery can replace the product with a new unit.
- If there is a need for repair after the purchase transaction, the customer can make a warranty claim through official BARDI website https://bardi.co.id or Contact Center BARDI at 08111-7979-11 (operational hours)

The warranty period is 1 year valid from the date of purchase, the customer can show proof of the purchase invoice in the gallery when claiming the warranty via BARDI website.
