- smartfren Unlimited is a data / internet access service, where Users can access data / internet with data access speeds up to a certain speed within a certain period of time ("Active Period")
- smartfren offers 2 (two) types of Unlimited Package data access services, namely: (1) Unlimited smartfren; and (2) ELITE smartphones. An explanation of the speed of data access, tariffs (daily or monthly), data access packages, and other provisions of each of the Smartfren Unlimited data access services can be seen on the smartfren website.
- To maintain the quality of smartfren Unlimited services and maintain equal quality of data access services for all smartfren users, if the amount of data / internet usage that has been accessed (download or upload) by the User has reached a certain amount of data usage, the user's data / internet access speed will be adjusted accordingly. up to a certain speed (Fair Usage Policy / FUP) up to 128 Kbps or 64Kbps. This Fair Usage Policy setting may be different for each data product service as mentioned in the description of each data product service smartfren offers.
- The Unlimited Package is valid for 24 hours from the moment it is obtained. Daily Unlimited smartphone service users who are subject to the conditions for adjusting the speed of data/internet access in point 3 above (H+0), can enjoy the speed of data/internet access again based on the Unlimited smartphone package selected by the User on the next day (D+1).
- To maintain the continuity of data services for ELITE smartphone users at the end of the package subscription period, the data package will be automatically renewed (Auto Renewal), as long as the User has a Credit Limit equal to the monthly rate of the ELITE smartphone package.
- The active period follows the Billing Period (Follow Billing Cycle) with prorated charging according to the package activation date.
- To deactivate the Smartfren ELITE service with the Auto Renewal feature, before the end of the package period, the User can visit the Smartfren Gallery or by contacting the Smartfren customer care at the 24-hour call center 888 from your smartphone number or 08811223344 from a non-smartfren number. If the User chooses to deactivate the Auto Renewal feature service, the User acknowledges and agrees that the User will be charged a regular rate according to the basic tariff for data services.
- Daily Unlimited Packages for Smartfren ELITE Auto Renewal Users can be purchased by new & old customers.
- To increase internet access speed again when the Daily Quota has run out, customers can do:
- Purchase a Volume Based Data Package with the type of NON Auto renewal
- Buy Add On Packages: Weekly Unlimited Booster Rp. 10 thousand, Daily Unlimited Booster Rp. 5 thousand and Daily Unlimited Booster Rp. 2 thousand
- To purchase these packages, you can access them via the MySF app or via USSI, call *123#
- Smartfren ELITE customers on Daily Unlimited Packages cannot be used on MiFi devices.
- Daily Unlimited package prices for ELITE smartfren customers include 10% VAT.
- By subscribing to this package, customers also get unlimited calls to all smartphone numbers.
- By subscribing to this package, customers also get the benefit of free calls to other operators with the provision of the number of monthly minutes according to the package selected by the User.
- For calls to other operators that exceed the required number of monthly minutes according to the benefits of the package used, normal calling fees will be charged. The benefits of calling minutes to other operators per month that are not used in that month are not accumulated to the next billing month/period.
- By subscribing to this package, customers also get the benefit of sending SMS free of charge to all operators with the provision of the number of monthly SMS according to the package chosen by the User.
- For sending SMS to all operators that exceed the number of SMS according to the benefit package used, a normal SMS delivery fee will be charged. SMS sending benefits to all operators that are not used in that month are not accumulated to the next billing month/period.
- Smartfren has the right to revise, change and / or replace the existing terms and conditions for the Daily Unlimited Package for this Smartfren ELITE Customer at any time at smartfren's own consideration without notification to the customer.
