Terms and Conditions Smart Ngobrol Plan

The SmartNgobrol plan is valid for prepaid and postpaid customers.
There are options for SmartNgobrol renewal (automatic renewal) and SmartNgobrol plan that do not renew automatically (one time purchase).
To purchase SmartNgobrol plan, it is available through MySmartfren application and Smartfren website (https://my.smartfren.com) or dial *123#.
FREE calls to fellow Smartfren are unlimited with no time limit for all SmartNgobrol plan.
Quota for calls to other operators is not valid for calls abroad and calls to special numbers (eg premium calls, delivery services, call center services). Calls to fellow Smartfren will not cut your call quota to other operators.
Rules for using call quota to other operators are subject to rounding per minute.
If the customer with the SmartNgobrol package has another talk package quota (for example the Smartplan Package) then SmartNgobrol plan quota will be consumed first.
SMS quota applies to all operators without time limit
Internet quota is valid for 24 hours for all internet / data services.
The rules for using internet quota if customer with SmartNgobrol Plan and has other service plan (for example the Internet Volume Package, the Super 4G Unlimited Internet package or the Smartplan Package), then SmartNgobrol internet quota will be consumed first.
If the internet quota runs out, internet usage will use the internet quota of another package (if any). If you do not have any internet quota, you will no longer be able to access internet/data services.
For postpaid customers, SmartNgobrol package is IDR 35,000, the active period follows the billing cycle date.
Postpaid customers do not apply for a prorated when purchasing SmartNgobrol plan.
The remaining quota will be forfeited during the automatic renewal process and will not be accumulated to the next period.
Customers with automatic renewal of SmartNgobrol plan (renewal), can only buy SmartNgobrol plan NON auto-renewal. Quota / benefits follow the validity period of each package.
Customers with SmartNgobrol NON auto-renewal plan, can buy another automatic-renewal NON SmartNgobrol plan or another automatic renewal SmartNgobrol plan. Quota / benefits follow the validity period of each package.
If the customer UNREG SmartNgobrol Plan, all existing quotas will be burned.
