Terms and Conditions Unlimited Postpaid Plan

Unlimited Plus, Super Advance, and Super Pro Unlimited Plan are only valid for smartfren Postpaid customers.
All prices listed for the Postpaid Unlimited Package include VAT.
Rules for Fair Usage Policy (FUP ) and internet speed: Unlimited 80K (FUP 1GB/day, speed best effort), Unlimited 100K (FUP 1.5GB/day, speed best effort), Unlimited Plus 100K (FUP 1GB/day, speed best effort), Unlimited Plus 125K (FUP 1.5GB/day, speed best effort), Unlimited Super Advance 150K (FUP 15GB/month, speed best effort), Unlimited Super Pro 275K (FUP 35GB/month, speed best effort).
When the fair usage limit (FUP) per day has been reached, the speed will be adjusted. Best effort speed will be given back the next day (reset per day) or reset per month for Super Advance and Super Pro types. The remaining quota from FUP will not be accumulated.
This Postpaid Unlimited Package is available with a choice of auto-renewal mechanisms.
Validity period for Auto Renewal type: according to Bill Cycle (prorate charging will apply).
The Postpaid Unlimited Plan will immediately cut the credit limit according to the registered Unlimited Postpaid Plan price.
The Postpaid Unlimited Package is mutually exclusive with the Unlimited package itself (same type) and other Internet packages with an auto-renewal mechanism. If the customer has other packages, for example the Volume Based non auto renewal package will have a different expiry date (according to the date of purchase)
The rules if the customer has a Postpaid Unlimited Package and has other service packages (such as: Volume Based Package), are as follows: (i) If the customer has Volume Based quota, then this Volume Based quota will be consumed first (ii) If the customer has reached the limit of daily fair usage and speed have been adjusted, so when using Volume Based quota the speed will follow the adjusted one until the end of the day. The best effort speed will be reset the next day, and the rules for using Volume Based quota will follow the points above.
Additional plan (Add On) are available and can be purchased if you have subscribed to the Postpaid Unlimited plan.
