Quota Data Package Terms and Conditions

Volume Based quota benefit changes are valid since May 8, 2019 for Prepaid & Postpaid customers.
Volume Based Packages do not provide accumulative quotas. All quotas from Volume Based purchases can only be used according to the validity period of the package and cannot be extended to the next period.
Volume Based Auto Renewal (automatic renewal) customers who have previously subscribed, will automatically get new benefits when the next automatic renewal starts on May 9, 2019.
Automatic renewal only applies to monthly packages for prepaid customers. As for postpaid subscribers, automatic renewal applies by subscribing to packages of 60 thousand, 100 thousand, 150 thousand and 200 thousand.
The priority of quota usage based on the order is as follows: - Chat quota (to access Line & WhatsApp application) - Midnight Internet quota for use at 01:00 - 05:00 WIB - Bonus quota (if any) - Main Quota (24-hours)
If the data plan quota runs out in the middle of the package validity period, the customer will not be able to access Internet services. In order to access the Internet again, customers must first purchase a new Volume Based Plan.
Customers can purchase 2 (two) or more Smartfren Connex Volume Based data plan which are different with their respective validity periods. Volume Based Auto Renewal (automatic renewal) customers can only buy the Volume Based NON Renewal plan
Customers who are currently subscribing to the Unlimited 4G Data Plan package can purchase a Volume Based package with the priority of using the quota is the quota from Volume Based first.
Hooq and Smart Music free subscription access will be automatically terminated at the end of the package subscription period for customers who subscribe to non-auto renewal packages.
For customers who subscribe to auto-renewal packages or auto-renewals, free Hooq and Smart Music subscription access is only valid for the first month (30 days) and no auto-renewal applies to the following months.
For Long Plan packages (300 thousand, 500 thousand, 1 million), Hooq and Smart Music subscription access is only valid for the first 30 days since the package is active.
If the customer has an Unlimited package and in a condition that has reached FUP (fair usage limit) then buys Volume Based, the internet access speed will follow the speed of the Volume Based package. Customers are advised to activate Airplane Mode for a moment to ensure that the speed returns to the best effort condition.
For Prepaid Customers, the tariff for the data package chosen by the Customer will be calculated with the Customer's credit after the registration and activation of the Volume Based package has been successfully carried out. For Postpaid Customers, the Postpaid Volume Based package tariff will be calculated with the remaining credit limit of the Customer, where the Customer will settle the telecommunications service bill on the due date.
