2. For starter packs and preloaded data vouchers, local quota can be claimed as long as the 24-hour quota is still valid and the validity period of this local quota will follow the validity period of the 24-hour quota.
3. The Local Quota that customers will get varies depending on the location of the area (zone).
4. Local Quota is only given and can be used by customers who are in a predetermined area (zone).
