Terms and Conditions PowerUP Starter Pack
- The PowerUP package has an active period of 30 days after activation.
- The PowerUP package will be extended automatically, as long as customers have enough credit (prepaid deposit).
- Customers can customize their PowerUP number depending on availability.
- Registration can be done through the Smartfren website (https://www.smartfren.com/powerup) or MySF app.
- The PowerUP SIM card will terminate 90 days after purchase if the customer fails to activate it. Customers are required to activate the card through the MySF app within 90 days after purchase.
- The Elite Member Benefits for the PowerUP starter pack only apply during the promotional period.
- Benefit Elite Member PowerUP number will be active 2 weeks after activating the number.
- The PowerUP starter pack deliveries will be done through courier services/ third parties appointed by/ in collaboration with Smartfren.
- When the customer’s quota has been used up or the customer no longer has the PowerUP package, a Pay As You Go tariff will be applied with the price of Rp 2/KB (limited to Rp 15.000/day).
- PowerUP akan berakhir jika terdapat salah satu kondisi berikut: (i) Jika sistem gagal/tidak dapat melakukan Auto Renewal dikarenakan karena pulsa (deposit prabayar) tidak mencukupi; (ii) Dengan berakhirnya keanggotaan PowerUP, maka seluruh manfaat dan kuota yang tersisa menjadi hangus, kecuali SmartPoin dan pulsa.
- Customers will enjoy the new PowerUP benefits as stated on the website/ MySF app/ Smartfren’s official store. Benefits listed on the PowerUP starter pack will no longer be valid starting from July 5, 2021.
- Every PowerUP customer will follow Smartfren’s terms and conditions.
- Customers are fully responsible for the use of PowerUP including but not limited to: (a) bills arising from the use of the customer’s Smartfren number; (b) content sent/ received (download or upload) by customers; (c) direct or indirect losses suffered by customers and/or third parties as a result of using PowerUP package access -the quality of data/ internet may be affected in the event of natural disaster, fire, sabotage, war, or other conditions outside of Smartfren’s power/ control (force majeure).
- Terms and Conditions of the PowerUP package are an integral and inseparable part of Smartfren’s postpaid and prepaid terms and conditions.
- Smartfren reserves the right to change the PowerUP terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the customer.

- Changes for the PowerUP quota benefits will be effective on 21 June 2021 for prepaid customers.
- PowerUP will no longer give an accumulative quota (rollover). All quotas purchased from PowerUP can only be used according to the package’s validity period and cannot be extended to the next period.
- Automatic renewals only apply to monthly plans for prepaid customers.
- The priority of quota usage based on the order is as follows: - Chat quota (to access Line & WhatsApp application) - Midnight Internet quota for use at 01:00 - 05:00 WIB - Bonus quota (if any) - Main Quota (24-hours)
- If the package’s quota runs out in the middle of its validity period, the customer would not be able to access the internet. For further internet access, customers must purchase a new PowerUP or internet package first.
- Customers can purchase 2 (two) or more PowerUP data packages with their respective validity periods. PowerUP Auto-Renewal customers can only purchase internet renewal packages.
- If the customer has a Non-PowerUP package and then purchases a PowerUp package, the old benefits will be replaced with a PowerUP package. Customers are advised to activate airplane mode for a moment to ensure it goes back to its best condition faster.
- For prepaid customers, the tariff of the data package chosen will be calculated with the customer's remaining balance after a successful PowerUP registration and activation.

- Bonus chatting quota is only available to access Line and WhatsApp.
- Bonus chatting quota is not available to open links that are redirected outside of Line and WhatsApp.
- Video and voice calls via WhatsApp & LINE will consume the 24-hour main quota.
- If chat quota exhausted then chat access will use main quota (24-hour)

- The midnight quota can only be used between 01:00 - 05:00 WIB.
- If internet access is done outside these hours, it will cut the 24-hour main quota.
- The remaining night internet quota will be forfeited when the active period ends.
- It is advisable to turn off the mobile data first/ turn on airplane mode for a few seconds when entering 01:00 am before activating the data connection again.
