- Smartfren product Quota applies to smartfren prepaid customers.
- Main Quota and Application Quota will be given immediately upon activation.
- Main Quota is Quota valid for 24 hours for all applications and in all locations.
- Application Quota: Quota applies specifically to essential applications: Whatsapp, Line, Discord, Grab, Gojek, Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Blibli, Lazada, Dana, Ovo, Linkaja.
- Kuota Aplikasi diberikan per hari selama 30 hari, besarnya kuota tergantung dari jenis paket/produknya: 5GB (170MB/hari), 10GB (340MB/hari), atau 15GB (500MB/hari)
- Local Quota: Quota valid for 24 hours for all applications in certain zones.
- Kuota Lokal akan didapat dengan cara klaim di aplikasi mySF atau melalui USSI dengan cara telpon ke *888*789#. Untuk pembelian paket smartfren Kuota melalui aplikasi mySF atau USSI *888#, benefit Kuota Lokal akan aktif secara otomatis / tidak perlu di klaim.
- Bonus Kuota Pelanggan Baru, Bonus Kuota Loyalty and Bonus Kuota Utama akan diberikan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku dan akan didapat dengan cara klaim di aplikasi mySF atau melalui USSI dengan cara telpon ke *888*789#.

- Pembulatan Kuota untuk Kuota lokal, Kuota Aplikasi, Bonus Kuota Utama, Bonus Kuota Pelanggan Baru and Bonus Kuota Loyalty: 20MB, sedangkan pembulatan kuota untuk Kuota Utama: 3MB.
- The remaining quota from the Smartfren Quota package (if any) will not be accumulated.
- Smartfren Quota package activation together with other packages applies the following conditions:
- If a customer activates the Smartfren Quota package as well as other packages, both packages will be active and run respectively according to the package type.
- If a customer activates the Smartfren Quota package as well as other packages, both packages will be active and run individually according to the package type.
- The IsiGo tariff (converting IDR 5,000 pulses into a 1GB quota with a validity period of 30 days) will automatically apply to Smartfren Quota products. This IsiGo tariff applies when the customer does not have any data package.
- Smartfren berhak untuk merevisi, mengubah dan / atau mengganti syarat dan ketentuan yang ada atas pertimbangan smartfren sendiri tanpa pemberitahuan kepada pelanggan. Penggunaan layanan ini secara terus menerus setelah adanya perubahan terhadap syarat dan ketentuan merupakan penerimaan terhadap perubahan tersebut (jika ada). Pelanggan disarankan mengunjungi halaman ini secara berkala untuk meninjau syarat dan ketentuan yang ada.

- Activation Bonus consists of Loyalty Quota Bonus, New Customer Quota Bonus and Main Quota Bonus.
- The remaining quota from Loyalty Quota Bonus, New Customer Quota Bonus and Main Quota Bonus (if any) will be forfeited / not accumulated.
- Remaining quota from Loyalty Quota Bonus, New Customer Quota Bonus and Main Quota Bonus (if any) will be forfeited / not accumulated.
- Loyalty Quota Bonus is an additional quota that is obtained by customers who activate their Smartfren Quota starter card and continue to use Smartfren services in the following months.
- Loyalty Quota Bonus can be obtained by claiming it on the mySF or USSI application *123*789# within 30 days of active number. If it is not claimed then the customer will never get this bonus.
- Customers start getting the Loyalty Quota Bonus in the 2nd to 12th months, starting from the time the number is activated.
- Quota can only be used if the customer has a Smartfren Quota package.
- The New Customer Quota Bonus is an additional quota that is given specifically to new customers who activate the Smartfren Quota starter card with a device that has never been connected to the Smartfren network (counted as a new IMEI).
- The New Customer Quota Bonus can be obtained by claiming it on the mySF or USSI application *123*789# within 30 days of the active number. If it is not claimed then the customer will never get this bonus.
- Customers get a New Customer Quota bonus in the 1st to 12th months, starting from when the number is activated.
- Quota can only be used if the customer has a Smartfren Quota package.

- Main Quota Bonus is a bonus promo in the form of an additional quota that is the same as the Main Quota from the smartfren Quota package, valid for new customers in certain zones who activate the Smartfren Quota starter card with devices that have never been connected to the Smartfren network (counted as a new IMEI).
- Main Quota Bonus can be obtained by claiming it on the mySF or USSI application *123*789# within 30 days of active number. If it is not claimed then the customer will never get this bonus.
- Customers can get the Main Quota Bonus in the 1st to 12th months, starting from the time the number is activated.
- For the 2nd to 12th month, the Main Quota Bonus applies to every purchase of a Smartfren Quota package in a predetermined zone. The bonus is given once a month for 12 months from the time the number is activated (or until the promo ends).
