Terms and Conditions Gokil Max

The validity period of Gokil Max Starter Pack is 60 days after card is activated.
Gokil Max Starter Pack will get an initial quota of 50 MB, which can be used to download MySmartfren application.
Gokil Max Starter Pack consists of National Quota, Local Quota and Midnight Quota which will be given after initial quota has been used up with a validity period of 30 days after the quota is given.
The use of the initial quota will provide an additional validity period of 30 days. If there are 2 validity periods (from the validity period of the Starter Pack and the validity period of the benefits), the longest validity period will be used.
Local Quota can only be used in the designated area and does not apply outside that area.
When in local area, the Local Quota will be used first and then National Quota. At 01.00 - 05.00 WIB, Extra Quota will be used first then Local Quota.
If the Limitless feature (from purchasing Data Plan or Voucher Data) is active, Local Quota will not be consumed until Limitless feature ends.
Gokil Max Voucher Data and Data Plan have the same types, benefits, validity periods and prices as Gokil Max Starter Pack.
The provisions of Local Quota in Gokil Max Voucher Data and Data Plan are the same as those on Gokil Max Starter Pack.
Local quota is only given specifically for Gokil Max Starter Pack customers who top up Gokil Max Voucher Data or purchase Gokil Max Data Plan.
Gokil Max Data Plan can be purchased via MySmartfren application or dial * 123 #.
Conditions for smartfren customers who DO NOT use Gokil Max Starter Pack: (i) Cannot top up using Gokil Max Voucher Data. (ii) Unable to purchase Gokil Max Data Package via MySmartfren application and *123#.
Tariffs that apply to Gokil Max Starter Pack: (i) Data/Call/SMS/VAS/other tariffs on Gokil Max Starter Pack follow the prevailing regular rates. (ii) PAYG Off Data rates apply if the data quota is exhausted.
Customers who buy other packages at the same time as Gokil Max Data Plan, the conditions will follow the existing rules. And refers to no. 7, if the customer has Gokil Max Data Plan and Unlimited Plan (Limitless feature), then the Local Quota cannot be used.
