Top up must be done no later than 3 days after card activation, and claim via MySmartfren application no later than 3 days after top up. Refilling credit or claiming more than the specified time will cause you to not be able to get the Bonus. 

A bonus will be given if you top up your credit either physically or electronically. Top-up with Data Voucher will not get a Bonus. 

You can top up your credit more than 1x in 1 month, but the Bonus you get is still 1 time for a period of 30 days. 

If you can top up your credit on 15 Jan 2022, you will get the bonus for the next period, which is 30 days after 1 Jan 2022. You can use the credit to buy other internet packages to avoid internet usage at regular rates. 

You will get 7 GB quota bonus every 30 days if you top up your credit starting from 50 thousand. If you don't top up your credit in a certain month, the total bonus earned in 24 months is less than 120GB (5GB for 24 months). 

Customers can still get the Bonus by reloading at least 50 thousand before the number is terminated and the number will be active again and will get a Bonus. 

No. Top up balance at least 50K IDR does not apply to multiples, so reloads with balance of 100K will still get 1x bonus. 

Can. However, the next 7 GB quota bonus will still be given in the next period. Make sure your number is active in the next period so that the bonus can be used. 

No. Bonus can only be claimed 1 time for 1 number by using 1 device. 

for single purchases, customers will get a discount of up to 30 thousand for a minimum purchase of 100 thousand. And for double purchases, customers will get discounts of up to 45 thousand for a minimum purchase of 100 thousand
