No, the requrring program is only for new postpaid and credit card (BNI) registrations.
I have registered for the requrring program but have not received BNI cashback?
The data quota benefit will be given after the 1st auto debit process is successful, if there is a discrepancy in the cashback benefit from BNI, you can contact BNI Bank.
If I fail to autodebit only in the first month, can I get benefits from Smartfren and BNI?
If you fail to debit the first month, then you don't get a data quota and 75K cashback for that month, but for the 2nd month and so on, if you succeed in autodebit according to the program package, you are entitled to a quota benefit Smartfren and 1x 75k cashback benefit for that month.
