Is there any limitation for each number to receive a quota bonus?
No. Customers can get quota bonus, and not limited to the maximum number of data package purchases in each promo period.
What if there is a complaint of not getting the Quota Bonus when you have done top up?
Customers can contact smartfren 24-hour call center service at 888.
How does the Customer know that the Quota Bonus has been received?
The customer will receive an SMS notification after getting the quota bonus and can be checked on mySF application.
How to get the Quota Bonus?
Customers will get 10 GB Quota Bonus for every purchase of minimum 100K credit top-up via Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, Internet Banking, and ATM.
