How to activate PowerUP Starter Pack?
Here are the steps:
- Insert PowerUP Starter Pack into your device. If it is dual SIM, make sure the Card is placed on SIM 1.
- Make sure you are connected to internet or a WiFi network.
- Download and open MySmartfren application. If you already have MySmartfren application, make sure it has been updated to the latest version.
- Select "Activate My SIM"
- Prepare your ID and KK for registration purpose.
- Enter the card number that you have purchased in the purchase confirmation email.
- Scan the barcode or enter number under the barcode manually on the back of the SIM Card.
- EnterActivation Codewhich was sent to your email when purchase.
- Your SIM already active.
Is there a deadline for the activation process?
You are required to activate the card in MySmartfren application within 90 days of purchase otherwise the PowerUP Starter Pack will expire.
Can I buy POWER UP Starter Pack without data package?
No. Every starter pack includes a data package.
How do I renew the PowerUP Plan if it has entered the grace period?
The PowerUP plan can be extended by purchasing an internet or credit package before the 30 days grace period ends.
Where can I top up or buy PowerUP plan?
Top up or select PowerUP plan can be done through mySF application.
Can I use the old PowerUP benefits?
Yes can, as long as you still has balance for auto-renewal.
As and old PowerUP customer (6 months), can I buy the newest PowerUP plan?
Yes, the benefits of your latest PowerUP plan will replace the previous package.
