What is Point Exchange?
The Point Exchange program is one of the programs for users, you can exchange SmartPoin with other brand loyalty points or vice versa.
How to exchange my Point?
Open the MySmartfren application, then link / register Cashbac first. After linking with Cashbac, click "Exchange" and enter the SmartPoin / Cashbac nominal that you want to exchange. Then click "Exchange" and confirm by clicking "Continue". Points will be added to subs Account with "real-time".
Who can join the Point Exchange Program?
All customers who have more than 100 SmartPoin / Cashbac and access to MySmartfren application version 6.13.0 and above can join the Point Exchange Program.
How many points will the user get when exchanging from SmartPoin to Cashbac or vice versa?
The points that will be earned by customers are 98% of the nominal amount to be exchanged. For example: The customer makes an exchange with a nominal value of 100 SmartPoin to Cashbac Points, then the customer will get 98 Cashbac Points, and vice versa.
Do SmartPoin and Cashbac have expiration date?
The validity period for SmartPoins obtained from the exchange of points is 180 days, while for Cashbac it is for 1 year.
Is there a Minimum and Maximum number of points to do Point Exchange?
Minimal untuk melakukan pertukaran poin adalah 100 poin. Maksimal 10.000 SmartPoin per hari ke Cashbac Points. Sebaliknya, tidak ada batasan jumlah Cashbac Points yang ditukar ke SmartPoin
What if the result of exchanging customer points has a number after a comma?
If the result of the conversion point has a number after the comma where the number is <= 0.5, rounding down will be carried out. But If the number after comma > 0.5, will be rounding up. Example: Exchange from SmartPoin of 103 will become 101 Cashbac Points (result of rounding up to 100,94).
What if the customer does not receive points after doing Point Exchange?
Please check periodically. SmartPoin will automatically adding. If your SmartPoin doesn't add up for 2x24 hours, you can contact customer care.
What if a failure occurs during the Point Exchange process?
When the Point Exchange process fails, the customer will be directed to the “Exchange Unsuccessful” notification page, then the customer will be redirected back to the Point Exchange input page
