The Pay Day Promo period starts on February 25 until March 01, 2022
Does the promo apply to Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers?
The Pay Day promo is only valid for prepaid numbers that do Top Up Eload or Data Packages through the Partner Bank channel
How to get Quota bonus?
Customers / Customers only need to Top up Eload or Data Packages via ATM, M-Banking, Internet Banking according to the minimum Top Up value according to product features in each Bank during the promo period
Does the package charge apply in multiples?
Quota bonus does not apply to replenishment with nominal multiples, (example: nominal Top Up 50 thousand X 2 / 1 day)
How to see the Quota Bonus if the Customer / Customer has done the Top Up correctly?
Customers / Customers can check through the MySF application on the Bonus & Other Benefit menu
How many days of the active period of the Quota Bonus did the Customer/Customer receive?
The validity period of each quota is 7 days (example: benefits obtained on March 25, 2022, benefits will expire on March 31, 2022 at 23:59)
Is there a limit for each number to receive quota bonus?
There is no maximum limit for transactions or receiving Quota Bonuses during the promo period
