What is Main Quota (24 Hours Quota)?
24-hour quota is a quota that can be used for internet access 24 hours per day in all applications during the package validity period.
What is Extra Quota?
Extra Quota is additional quota provided and can be used for internet access in all applications from 01.00 – 05.00 WIB during the package validity period.
What is Free Unlimited DANA Access?
Free Unlimited DANA Access Quota is a quota that can only be used to access the DANA application with fair use and during the package validity period.
Does Free Call to all smartfren also apply to International Roaming calls?
Free calls to all smartfren can only be used for calls in Indonesia and cannot be used for International Roaming.
What if the quota runs out before the package period ends?
If the data package quota has expired in the middle of the validity period, then the Customer cannot access the internet (Hardstop/PAYG Off). Customers can repurchase data packages available in DANA application or other options in MySmartfren application.
How do I check the remaining quota?

What if there is a remaining quota at the end of the validity period?
When the validity period ends, the remaining available quota (if any) will be forfeited.
Can the Customer buy another data package if he has already purchased Gokil Combo Data Plan?
Gokil Combo Data Plan can be used in conjunction with other data packages of the Non-Autorenewal type (not auto-renewal)
