To get BosKu Starter Pack benefits, top up minimum of 50,000 max. 3 days after card activation. Then, immediately download and open MySmartfren application maximum 3 days after top up to claim the benefits.

4. Why I don't get the benefits of BosKu Starter Pack?

Make sure you top up at least 50K before claiming the bonus on MySmartfren application. If you have already opened MySmartfren application before top up, then force close My Smartfren application then reopen it. Please contact Smartfren call center if you don't get BosKu Starter Pack bonus after doing this procedure.

5. I top up Rp 50K 1 week after activation, why I didn't get the BosKu Starter Pack bonus when I open MySmartfren application?

Top up can be done no later than 3 days after card activation, and claims via MySmartfren application should be done no later than 3 days after top up. Top up or claims after the specified time will not allow you to get the BosKu Starter Pack bonus.

6. What happens if I top up with Voucher Data?

You cannot get BosKu Starter Pack bonus, the bonus will be obtained if you top up your credit either physically or electronically.

7. What happens if I top up my credit more than once in a month?

You can top up more than once in 1 month, but the bonus you get is still 1 time / 30 days.

8. If I activated my bonus on 1 Jan 2019, so that my package expires on 14 Jan 2019, can I get the bonus immediately if I top up on 15 Jan 2019?

You can top up starts from 50,000 on 15 Jan 2019, but you will get a bonus in the next period, which is 30 days after 1 Jan 2019. You can use the credit that you have filled in to buy another internet package to avoid using the internet used at regular rates.
