As long as your number is still available, don't worry, we will help you in an easy and efficient way.

Produk Unlimited Nonstop akan tersedia dalam bentuk Kartu Perdana, Voucher Data dan juga Paket Data. Ada 7 pilihan untuk paket Unlimited Nonstop ini:

Tambahan benefit Kuota Lokal hanya diberikan untuk Unlimited Nonstop 3GB dan Unlimited Nonstop 6GB. Besarnya Kuota Lokal yang diberikan tergantung dari lokasi area/ zona yang telah ditentukan, sbb :

Apa yang dimaksud dengan Kuota Lokal?
Kuota Lokal adalah kuota yang hanya dapat digunakan di lokasi sesuai dengan area/zona yang telah ditentukan. Jika kamu keluar dari area/zona tersebut maka Kuota Lokal secara otomatis TIDAK dapat digunakan.
Apakah Kuota Lokal akan langsung diberikan pada saat pelanggan melakukan aktivasi kartu perdana atau pembelian paket data?
Untuk type kartu perdana preloaded, pelanggan harus melakukan klaim kuota lokal nya terlebih dahulu di aplikasi mySF atau melalui USSI dengan telpon ke *888*789#.
Sedangkan untuk pembelian paket secara langsung di aplikasi mySF atau USSI *888# maka kuota lokalnya akan langsung diberikan sesuai dengan area/zona dimana pelanggan melakukan pembelian paket tersebut.
