How to activate PowerUP Starter Pack?
Here are the steps:
- Insert PowerUP Starter Pack into your device. If it is dual SIM, make sure the Card is placed on SIM 1.
- Make sure you are connected to internet or a WiFi network.
- Download and open MySmartfren application. If you already have MySmartfren application, make sure it has been updated to the latest version.
- Select "Activate My SIM"
- Prepare your ID and KK for registration purpose.
- Enter the card number that you have purchased in the purchase confirmation email.
- Scan the barcode or enter number under the barcode manually on the back of the SIM Card.
- EnterActivation Codewhich was sent to your email when purchase.
- Your SIM already active.
Is there a deadline for the activation process?
You are required to activate the card in MySmartfren application within 90 days of purchase otherwise the PowerUP Starter Pack will expire.
2. What is the fair usage limit given?
The fair usage limit for the Unlimited Lite starter pack is 500MB / per day. And the fair usage limit for the Unlimited starter pack is 1GB / day.
3. Does this Unlimited starter pack have automatic renewal features?
No, for Unlimited Starter Pack there is no auto renewal mechanism (auto-renewal). To be able to activate auto-renewal features, should you buy packages from mySF application or via *123#.
Can I buy POWER UP Starter Pack without data package?
No. Every starter pack includes a data package.
How do I renew the PowerUP Plan if it has entered the grace period?
The PowerUP plan can be extended by purchasing an internet or credit package before the 30 days grace period ends.
4. How to recover speed if it has reached the fair usage limit?
If Customer wants to enjoy the original speed, there are several steps that can be taken:
- Buy Unlimited boosters
– Membeli Paket Volume based /Kuota Nonstop
As long as the customer has quota, the data usage will be taken from the baseline volume quota
5. How long is the Unlimited Starter Pack active period?
The active period of Unlimited Starter Pack is 7 days (for 7 days Unlimited Starter Pack) and 28 days (for Unlimited Lite and Unlimited 28 days 80K Starter Pack) from the time the card is activated
1. What are the options for the 1ON + Starter Pack?
There are 3 options:
1. 1ON + 6GB will get quota 1.5GB/month in 1st until 3rd month and 500MB/month in 4th until 6th month.
2. 1ON + 9GB will get quota 1.5GB/month in 1st until 6th month.
3. 1ON + 18GB will get quota 3GB/month in 1st until 6th month.
6. How do I activate the Unlimited Starter Pack?
The Unlimited Package will be active after the card is activated and registered according to Prepaid Registration rules
