Terms and Conditions Unlimited Postpaid Plan

Unlimited Plus, Super Advance, and Super Pro Unlimited Plan are only valid for smartfren Postpaid customers.
All prices listed for the Postpaid Unlimited Package include VAT.
Rules for Fair Usage Policy (FUP) and internet speed:
– Unlimited 80K : FUP 1GB/day, speed best effort
– Unlimited 100K : FUP 1,5GB/day, speed best effort
– Unlimited Plus 100K : FUP 1GB/day, speed best effort
– Unlimited Plus 125K : FUP 1,5GB/day, speed best effort
– Unlimited Super Advance 150K : FUP 15GB/month, speed best effort
– Unlimited Super Pro 275K : FUP 35GB/month, speed best effort
When the fair usage limit (FUP) per day has been reached, the speed will be adjusted. Best effort speed will be given back on the next day (reset per day). The remaining quota from FUP will not be accumulated.
This Postpaid Unlimited Plan will be available with a choice of auto-renewal and non-auto-renewal mechanisms.
Validity period for Auto Renewal type: according to Bill Cycle (prorate charging will apply), while the validity period for non auto renewal type is 28 days.
The Postpaid Unlimited Plan will immediately cut the credit limit according to the registered Unlimited Postpaid Plan price.
The Postpaid Unlimited Plan is mutually exclusive with the Unlimited plan itself (same type) and other Internet packages with an auto-renewal mechanism. If the customer has another package, for example the Volume Based non auto renewal package, it will have a different expiry date (according to the date of purchase).
The rules if customer has Unlimited Postpaid Plan and other service plan (such as: Volume Based Plan), are as follows:
- If the customer has Volume Based quota, then this Volume Based quota will be consumed first
- If the customer has reached the normal daily usage limit and the speed has been adjusted, then when the data volume quota is used the speed will be adjusted until the end of the day. The best effort speed will be reset on the next day, and the rules for using Volume Based quota will follow the points above
Additional plan (Add On) are available and can be purchased if you have subscribed to the Postpaid Unlimited plan.
The mechanism for purchasing (activating) and deactivating this Unlimited Postpaid Plan is through the gallery, mySF application and also USSI * 123 #.
This Unlimited Postpaid Plan cannot be used on MiFi devices, Routers and Dongles
