Terms and Conditions SmartDeal

SmartDeal is a special bundling service for Smartfren Postpaid customers, with the best benefits including Quota, Calls, SMS and extra cashback for every Smartphone purchase.
SmartDeal bundling package applies to new customers and applies to Smartphone purchases and does not apply to WiFi Modem products.
SmartDeal bundling package consists of 4 plan options; SmartDeal Lite, SmartDeal Pro, SmartDeal Advance and SmartDeal Advance Plus which can be selected according to your needs.
Price include VAT 10%.
Customers will get free benefits of special numbers up to Gold level (worth IDR 1 million).
Customers must make Full Payment (upfront payment mechanism) and will immediately get benefits during the contract period of 12 or 24 months.
Benefits will be given per 30 days (not per billing cycle) 12 times (12 months) or 24 times (24 months) from the date of activation.
Main quota can be used 24 hours during the bundling program period.
Midnight internet quota can be used from 01:00 - 05:00 WIB
Call benefits to other operators, exclude international calls and special VAS (Value Added Service) numbers.
SMS benefits can be used to other operators and smartfren numbers, exclude international SMS and special VAS (Value Added Service) numbers.
The benefits you get will be given every 30 days, so that the remaining benefits from the previous month (quota / calls / SMS) will be forfeited.
During contract period of 12 or 24 months, the Minimum Monthly Bill (MMB) will be set at Rp0, as well as the Credit Limit (CL) because the plan package payment has been paid in advance (fully paid).
Customers will get an invoice with a total bill of Rp0 during the contract period of 12 or 24 months.
After the bundling package period ends, the contract will follow the applicable rules:
– MMB will be set to Rp0 with a default of CL to Rp0 as well.
– Bundling benefits will not continue, include unlimited call benefits to Smartfren.
– Applicable Regular / Pay As You Go (PAYG) rates:
* Call to smartfren: Rp240 for first 3 minutes, then Rp5 / second;
* Call to other operator: Rp900 for first 3 minutes, then Rp18 / second;
* SMS to all operator: Rp 150/SMS;
* Internet Zone 1 (all areas except Kalimantan and Sulawesi): Rp. 2 / kb (max. Rp. 15 thousand / day);
* Internet Zone 2 (Kalimantan and Sulawesi): Rp 4 / kb (max. Rp 30 thousand / day);
– Customers will be offered a new program similar to this SmartDeal Bundling program.
If customer wants to get additional internet or voice quota, then customer can top up via available e-voucher and purchase packages available on MySmartfren application. Customers can increase the Credit Limit (after the contract ends) following the applicable rules for Postpaid customers.
This SmartDeal bundling package is available at smartfren gallery, Modern Channel (Point 2000, Toko PDA, Selular Shop, Felixindo, Oke & Global Teleshop, Sentra Ponsel, Erafone, Samsung by NASA) and online shop blibli.com.
Smartfren reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for this program at any time without prior notification to customer. In the event of changes to the terms and conditions, changes will be submitted through smartfren website at www.smartfren.com.
