Topping up on EVO will automatically become Internet quota
The change in the EVO quota benefit starts on February 19, 2018
Topping up of EVO packages other than the applicable denomination will follow the new conversion. For example: top up 50 thousand will get a 24-hour internet quota of 6.7 GB and a night quota of 4 GB with a validity period of a quota of 14 days (following the conversion of a 30 thousand package)
EVO refill package with a validity period of 30 days starting from the 30 thousand package
The 24-hour quota you get will be equivalent to the top-up nominal, the bigger the top-up nominal, the greater the 24-hour quota you get
Internet quota can only be enjoyed when the number is active
All quotas are not accumulated to the next period
The priorities for using quota based on the order are as follows:
1. Midnight internet quota for use at 01:00 - 05:00 WIB
2. Chatting Quota (to access texting Line, Whatsapp & BBM applications)
3. 24 Hours Quota
If the customer's internet quota runs out but the validity period is still left, the customer will not be able to access internet services. To be able to enjoy internet services again, customers can top up their credit again
The validity period of the internet connex EVO quota is following the longest validity period obtained when refilling
EVO connex customers cannot use voice or SMS services. Internet quota will be forfeited if the number is entered into a suspend (grace) period.
The chat quota bonus can be used to access Whatsapp, LINE and BBM texting applications
When the Chat Quota Bonus runs out, access to the chat apps above will use the main quota
Chat quota does not apply to access links that are diverted out of Whatssapp, Line & BBM
