The active period of the eSIM Unlimited Starter Pack is 30 days after the card is activated, while the active period of the plan is 28 days after the card is activated.
The Unlimited eSIM will be active after the card is activated and registered according to Prepaid Registration rules
For eSIM Unlimited Starter Pack, Fair Usage Policy (FUP) with FUP 1GB / Day applied to enjoy best effort speed. When the fair usage limit (FUP) per day has been reached, the speed will be adjusted to 128 Kbps.
Best effort speed will be given back on the next day (reset per day). The remaining quota from FUP will not be accumulated.
The Auto-Renewal mechanism does not apply for plan from eSIM.
The rules for having Volume Based plan together with the package from the Unlimited eSIM are as follows:
- If the customer has Volume Based quota, then this Volume Based quota will be consumed first
- If the customer has reached the normal daily usage limit and the speed has been adjusted, then when the data volume quota is used the speed will be adjusted until the end of the day. The best effort speed will be reset on the next day, and the rules for using Volume Based quota will follow the points above
This eSIM Unlimited Starter Pack cannot be used on MiFi devices, Routers and Dongles
This eSIM Unlimited Starter Pack is only valid for domestic (domestic) use. For internet usage abroad, customers will be charged according to the provisions of the Smartfren roaming partner
Smartfren has the right to change the Terms and Conditions of eSIM Unlimited Starter Pack at any time without prior notification to the customer.

Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed applies to all Unlimited customers except users who have purchased 9K Unlimited Plan.
Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed Benefit will be given when the customer activates, purchase voucher or purchases the plan as of January 7, 2021.
The Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed benefit starts at 01: 00-05: 00 WIB and follows the active period of the main package.
Benefit Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed can be enjoyed without deducting daily FUP (Fair Usage Limit).
The fair usage limit for the Full Speed Extra Unlimited Midnight Benefit provided is sufficient for the normal usage of the average customer.
Benefit Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed can be enjoyed when the number has not reached the normal daily usage limit. If the number has entered the normal daily usage limit, the speed will be adjusted accordingly.
