Proses pemeliharaan sistem akan berlangsung pada Selasa, 19 September pukul 23.00 WIB – Rabu, 20 September pukul 01.00 WIB. Sebagai dampak dari pemeliharaan sistem, maka hal ini akan memengaruhi beberapa layanan, diantaranya; pelanggan sementara waktu tidak dapat melakukan proses isi ulang paket data dan pulsa melalui *888#, mySF dan smartfren.com tidak dapat dilakukan. Sementara itu, pelanggan masih dapat mengakses internet, telepon dan sms sesuai dengan paket yang terdaftar.

Especially for customers who activate the autorenewal package which is scheduled on September 19 at 23:59:59, make sure they have sufficient credit or limit before 01.00.
The system maintenance process will be completed on Wednesday 20 September 2022 at 01.00 WIB and customers can again take advantage of all the features and services available on all smarftren platforms
