- Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan are available in Auto Renewal (follow the Billing Period / Billing Cycle) and NON Auto Renewal types (valid for 28 days).
- Kuota Nonstop Auto Renewal Postpaid Data Plan (Follow Billing Cycle) are available in smartfren gallery and MySmartfren application with two denomination options: 65K IDR (26 GB = Main Quota 18 GB + Weekly Extra Quota 8 GB) and 100K IDR (38 GB = Main Quota 30 GB + Weekly Extra Quota 8 GB)
- Kuota Nonstop Non-Auto Renewal Postpaid Data Plan (Follow Billing Cycle) are available in smartfren gallery, MySmartfren application, and call via *123# with two denomination options: 65K IDR (26 GB = Main Quota 18 GB + Weekly Extra Quota 8 GB) and 100K IDR (38 GB = Main Quota 30 GB + Weekly Extra Quota 8 GB)
- Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan will get the benefit of Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed which can be used from 01.00 – 05.00 WIB every day, as long as the Main Quota is still available.
- Kuota Nonstop Voucher Data (Prepaid) cannot be used to top up Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan.
- Extra Quota 2 GB is valid for 1 week (7 days) since the data package is active and will be automatically renewed in the following week. After Main Quota runs out, customers can use the Extra Quota 2 GB per week for 4 times (total 8 GB) during the package active period. Extra Quota 2 GB cannot be accumulated to the following week.
- When the Main Quota and Extra Quota run out, customers can still access the internet at nonstop speed that is adjusted until the package expires. The connection speed is adjusted to DL 256 Kbps up to 1 GB usage, then after that the speed decrease to 64 Kbps until the 28th day for Non Auto Renewal or until the end of the package's active period for Auto Renewal types.
- Postpaid customers need to ensure that the Kuota Nonstop package remains active in order to enjoy the benefits, by paying the bill no later than its due date.
- To increase internet speed again when the Main Quota and Extra Quota has run out, customers can:
a. Purchase Postpaid Volume Data Plan via mySF application or call *123#. After the Postpaid Volume Data Plan expires during the validity period of Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan, Customer can still access the internet according to Kuota Nonstop benefits.
b. Purchase Postpaid Unlimited Data Plan via mySF application or call *123#. After Customer subscribes to the Postpaid Unlimited Data Plan, internet usage will apply according to the provisions of the Postpaid Unlimited Data Plan.
c. Purchase Add-On Unlimited Booster and Midnight Internet Booster via mySF application or call *123#. After the Add-On runs out during the validity period of Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan, Customer can still access the internet according to Kuota Nonstop benefits. - Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan can be used on smartphone and MiFi device.
- The price of the Postpaid Kuota Nonstop package includes 10% VAT.
- The Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Package cannot be accumulated to the next month when the package's active period ends, even though the remaining quota is still there.
- Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan customers get the benefit of Free Unlimited Calls to all smartfren.
- When the active period of the 28 days NON Auto Renewal Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan expires and the customer does not purchase any more packages, the next internet usage on 29th Day will apply the basic tariff/regular credit.
- When the Automatic Renewal Postpaid Kuota Nonstop Data Plan is active (following the Billing Period / Billing Cycle) at the end of the billing period, the data package will be renewed at the beginning of the next billing period.
- You can check the remaining quota via MySmartfren application or call * 123 #
- Customer of Non-Auto Renewal Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan will get SMS notification when the active period will expire, then the next internet use on the 29th day will use regular credit according to the applicable tariff or can be extended/purchased the package via MySmartfren application or call * 123#.
- Customer of Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan Auto Renewal will receive SMS notification if the data package will run out at the end of the billing period, then the data package will be renewed at the beginning of the next billing period. If the Customer does not make a payment by the due date and then enters the next Billing Period update, the data package will be automatically deactivated.
- Smartfren has the right to revise, change and/or replace the existing terms and conditions for this Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan at any time at smartfren's sole discretion without notification to the customer.

- Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed is valid for Kuota Nonstop Postpaid Data Plan Customers.
- Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed is valid every day at 01.00 – 05.00 WIB, as long as the Main Quota is still available. When the main quota runs out, the Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed will be adjusted (FUP).
- When the main quota runs out, Customers can enjoy Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed (01:00 – 05:00 WIB) at optimal speed again by purchasing Add On Midnight Internet Booster Package (01.00 – 05.00 WIB) in MySmartfren application or dial *123#.
- When the Extra Unlimited Midnight Full Speed has reached the fair usage limit (FUP), internet access will use the Main Quota.
