TERMS & CONDITIONS VOUCHER DATA

1. Voucher data only applies to smartfren Prepaid numbers
2. Voucher data will immediately become an internet package and at the same time increase the card's active period
3. Each of the voucher data has its own validity period
4. Benefit and validity of quota from Voucher Data top up are as follows:

5. Voucher Data code can be used one time
6. If at the end of the period there is still remaining data quota, the remaining quota will not be accumulated
7. Voucher Data will not accumulate the remaining quota
8. Voucher Data does not apply automatic renewal.
9. When Voucher Data purchased more than once, each purchase will have its own validity period and will not accumulate
10. When the voucher package validity period runs out, internet usage will cut the main quota or regular credit
11. Voucher Data cannot be used as a booster for the Unlimited 4G Data Plan
12. Customers who use Unlimited Data Plan can purchase Voucher Data with the condition that the quota used is the quota from the Voucher Data first
13. All quotas from Voucher Data will be forfeited and will not be accumulated
14. When the validity period of Voucher Data has expired, the customer will be charged a regular internet tariff of IDR 2 / Kb, maximum IDR 15,000 / day (all areas outside Kalimantan and Sulawesi) or IDR 4 / Kb maximum IDR 30,000 / day (for Kalimantan and Sulawesi).
15. Within 30 days, customers can only top up using Voucher Data 10 times on 1 number
16. The usage of quotas is as follows:
    • Midnight internet quota for use at 01:00 - 04:59 WIB
    • Chatting Quota (to access Line, Whatsapp & BBM applications)
    • 24 Hours Quota
17. Voucher Data cannot be used for customers with the following conditions:
    • Postpaid customers
    • Customers with Connex Unlimited
    • Top up more than 10x per month
    • As booster for Unlimited 4G Plan
18. Smartfren has the right to revise, change and / or replace the existing terms and conditions for this Voucher Data at any time at Smartfren's own discretion without notification to the customer. Continuous use of this service after changes to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of these changes (if any).

CHAT QUOTA TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Chatting Quota (to access Whatsapp & LINE applications)
2. The chat quota bonus does not apply to open links that out of Whatsapp & Line application
3. For video calls & voice calls via Whatsapp, the main quota and / or regular credit will be used. When the chat quota runs out, chat access will use the internet bonus quota if there is still any, if the quota bonus runs out, the connection will take from the main quota and / or main credit

NIGHT INTERNET TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Night internet quota can be used at 01.00-04.59 WIB
2. If internet access is done outside these hours, it will cut your regular quota or regular credit
3. The remaining night internet quota will be forfeited when the active period ends.
4. To optimize the use of midnight internet quota, at 01:00 WIB it is recommended to first turn off the data connection or enter "Airplane mode" for a few seconds, then reactivate the data connection.
