- Price include VAT 10%.
- SmartPlan available for new customers as well as existing customers. This package cannot be used on MiFi devices.
- Plan are only available with Autorenewal type.
- Minimum unit that can be selected from each quota (Data / Voice / SMS) is 1 unit, it cannot be empty or zero.
- Customers can change the unit allocation in the middle of the active period, where the new unit allocation will only be effective in the next period.
- During the recurring process, all remaining data, voice and SMS quotas will be forfeited.
- Main quota can be used 24 hours during the validity period of the SmartPlan package.
- Off Net Call Quota can be used for calls to other operators, exclude international calls and special VAS numbers.
- All Net SMS quota can be used for SMS to other operators and Smartfren numbers, exclude International SMS and special VAS numbers.
- By subscribing to this plan, customers will also get unlimited On Net call benefits, which can be used to make calls to Smartfren numbers.
- If the Voice or SMS quota runs out, the applicable PAYG tariff will be charged.
- This SmartPlan package is set mutually exclusive (cannot be purchased together) with the SmartPlan package itself and also other packages with the Autorenewal type and also packages with Unlimited Data.
- Add On Package is available and can be purchased if the customer has subscribed to the SmartPlan package. The validity period of this Add On package follows the SmartPlan package, which is until the next billing cycle.
- By subscribing to this plan, customers will also get unlimited On Net call benefits, which can be used to make calls to Smartfren numbers.
- Registration is available via the MySF app channel, USSI (* 123 #) and SMS (send to short code 123)
