1. The active period of the NOW 5K Prime card is 30 days from the time the card is activated
2. 100MB bonus quota, unlimited chats and free calls to all Smartfren will be obtained with a minimum refill of IDR 10,000 a maximum of 7 days after the card is activated
3. The first refill to get the benefit must be with a full denom of 10 thousand, not with a broken denomination (eg 5 thousand + 5 thousand)
4. By reloading 10 thousand before 7 days of activation, the bonuses that will be given are as follows:
   1. Bonus 100MB
   2. Unlimited Chat via Whatsapp, Line & BBM
   3. Unlimited call bonus to all Smartfren customers
   4. All bonuses above are valid for 7 days
5. 300MB bonus quota can be obtained by claiming through the My Smartfren application without needing to top up first
6. The validity period of the claim bonus via the application is valid for 3 days
7. The period to activate the bonus quota through the My Smartfren application is 30 days from activation
8. All bonus quotas cannot be accumulated
9. The bonus will be obtained for customers who have never claim benefit (GSM & GSM + SIM card). If you have received MySmartfren bonus before, the SP NOW + bonus will no longer be obtained.
10. The priority for using the Smartfren NOW 5K Starter Card quota is as follows:
    1. Chatting quota (to access LINE, WhatsApp & BBM applications) which is obtained through the first top up
    2. Bonus quotas obtained through claims through the My Smartfren application
    3. 24 Hours Quota which is obtained through the first refill
11. Bonus quota through the My Smartfren application can only be obtained 1 time / number / number
12. If the quota runs out in the middle of the active period of the benefit, customer will not be able to access Internet services. In order to return to access the Internet, customers must first purchase an Internet Package

CHAT QUOTA TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Chatting Quota (to access Line, Whatsapp & BBM applications)
2. The chat quota bonus does not apply to open links that out of Whatsapp & Line application.
3. For video calls & voice calls via WhatsApp, the main quota or balance will be used
4. When chat quota runs out, chat access will use the internet bonus quota if there is still, if the quota bonus runs out, the connection will take from the main quota and / or main balance
5. Unlimited FUP Free Chat quota limit is 100MB valid for 7 days
