Requirements :

Requirement
  • Engineering Degree in Telecommunications
  • Responsible for overall Device Testing to ensure Device functionality, UI testing, Software Validation and Device compatibility with Network infrastructure.
  • Conduct New Technology trials on the Devices.
  • Technical qualification and evaluation of all types of Devices including Handphones, Data Devices (USB Modems and Routers) and Tablets based on industry test standards for Voice, SMS, Data and application platforms.
  • Identify the phone/ feature requirements and to ensure enhanced user experience on Devices that Smartfren launch.
Experience with following are plus:
  • Knowledge of CDMA 1X, EvDO, GSM, LTE
  • Test instruments (e.g. RF test, Signaling test, etc)
  • Mobile phones and related CDMA, GSM, LTE infrastructure
  • Device Test case creation
  • Technical Device Lead during all pre-Launch efforts
  • Project / Product Management
  • Management
  • End user impact of any device issues and Troubleshooting of Device issues
  • Understanding of Software coding for Device functionality
  • Ability to provide inputs on feature enhancements
