Smartfren Business Supports Digitalization of Universities through Smart Campus 4.0 Application

Smartfren Business joined Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LDDIKTI) Area I Northern Sumatera in the socialization of Smart Campus 4.0 Application. This socialization is part of the efforts of LDDIKTI to improve the quality of campuses under its supervision.

Prof. Dian Armanto, head of LDDIKTI Area I Northern Sumatera said, “This application is very positive to realize good managemen t system. It will ease the campus academic administration. It is very important to apply this application to the campus management system.”

VP Regional Account Management Enterprise Business of PT Smartfren Telecom, Slamet Suparmaji said that Indonesia sti ll had very big potential for the development of SmartCampus 4.0 application. So far, most campuses still used conventional systems that were very subjective. “A lot of campuses still use manual systems, especially for administration. This application is t he solution to improve the quality and administration process,” he added.

Partnering with Tata Consultancy Services as the developer of the best SmartCampus application in the world and supported by PT Sumatera Sistem Integrasi as the local developer, Smar tfren Business would support the end - to - end development of the system, which would be integrated to feeder of DIKTI. “We would bring campuses to a higher level,” said Slamet. In the future, Smartfren Business would hold roadshow to several areas in Indonesia including Surabaya and Bali to accelerate the implementation of SmartCampus 4.0 application
