Smartfren Business held Business Innovation event in MG Setos Hotel Ballroom. With the tagline “Creating Digitalization for Future - ready Business”, Smartfren Business introduced its services to the enterprises and government institutions in Semarang and its surrounding.

This event was opened by Slamet Suparmaji , VP of Regional Account Management of Smartfren Business, where he explained Smartfren Business’ capacity and commitment in empowering digitalization in Indonesia’s business. Continued by sharing session of Mr. Agus Harnowo, VP of Enterprise Product Devel opment of Smartfren Business, where he shared his insight about the importance of digitalization in order for businesses to survive and stay ahead of the competitors.

The next sessions highlighted several services of Smartfren Business, including bulk data , SMS broadcast, UC Onetouch video conferencing solution, ICT solutions tailored to each business needs, and services partnering with Cisco and HP Enterprise.

Customers from various industries such as financial, healthcare, manufacturing, and government institution attended the event. The enthusiasm of the audience was very prevalent in the questions and answers session. Audience were very excited to ask questions and shared about their pain points and their wishes for Smartfren Business’ solutions to help digitalize their operations
